Hot Crew 57 was born about 5 years ago with myself as the founding, and only member. It was more of an inside joke than anything else at the time and Hot Crew didn’t really start to become what it is today until 14 year old versions of myself and original member JP57 got “fifty seven” tattooed on the inside of our fingers. Word of advice to all the kids out there: when you’re 14 and you have a crew tattoo on your hand you better fucking make sure people remember your shit. So I took my own advice and look at us now: moderately fucking famous and in magazines on the Internet. Now Hot Crew is bigger than it ever has been and there are a bunch of people running around with Hot Crew related tattoos; I kind of feel like the guy who first drew that stupid nautical star.

Hot Crew 57 used to be a bunch of scummy 16 year olds drinking on the street and breaking your lamps at your house party that we weren’t invited to. Now we’re a bunch of slightly less scummy 18-20-whatever year olds who will spray paint your walls and break a bottle over your head if you try to do something about it. Basically Hot Crew isn’t going anywhere and if you can’t stand the hot get out of the fucking crew. Shout outs to Ninja Sonik, Death Traitors, BCB, 315, GKP, BigGuns,Todd's gang , Thriller and all of the other Hot Crew bands or any local bands that are down and all the Hot Crew members including those who didn’t make it to the photo shoot. RIP Brian Mullarkey.
