We Love Our Contributors
We'd like to give a
little recognition to four of our most special and talented
contributors. These people are killing it. And you should recognize,
fool.

Cathy Erway is a Brooklyn-based writer and host of the food blog,
Not Eating Out In New York. Her goal with Chief Magazine is to slowly but surely bring in "more on chicks, less on tits."
She delights in messing with a seemingly good thing.

Jonah Schulz
is a resident of beautiful Kensington Village. When he is not
illustrating he likes to read about Phillip Marlowe, make duck leg
cassoulet, and play American Traditional music. He is survived by a
collection of trading cards and lots of pants that never fit anyway.
To give him money, visit him at

Maggie Lee
was named by her magician father-acrobat mother after the word “magic”.
She was raised to be a contortionist and had two ribs removed at the
age of fourteen. She now lives in her 8 x 10 windowless Brooklyn hole
in the wall.
And goes to some art school for fine arts as a printmaking/painting major.

Padraig Mara
grew up in Bayonne, New Jersey. He has been variously and dubiously
employed as a cook, bartender, shipbuilder, carwash, freelance writer,
mailroom stooge and teacher.
He lives in Iceland, is a father of two and can quote lines from
Electric Boogaloo.
